Ordering Online
How to Order
Select the product you wish to purchase and add the number required to your
basket. Continue adding products to your basket until you have completed your
order. When you are ready click on checkout in the top menu. If you have shopped
with us before you can enter your e-mail address and password (which you will
have been given on your previous visit) and go on to the next page. If you are
new to the site you will need to register before you can proceed.
The next step will inform you of the delivery courier charge and will ask for
your address and contact phone number. Once you have agreed to our terms and
conditions you will be transferred to a secure server where you can input your
credit/debit card details for them to be authorised. You will then be informed
that your order has been accepted and will be sent an e-mail as confirmation.

Packaging
Your order will be packed into an insulated box with ice gel packs to keep your
products cold and in tiptop condition.
Whenever possible, our meat will be vacuum packed to seal in the freshness and
labelled to make it convenient for putting in your freezer. Certain prepared
products will be sealed in plastic trays to protect the product.
Please be aware that due to the nature of vacuum packing it is advisable to let
the product breathe for half an hour prior to preparation.
Delivery
We charge £10 for delivery (which is by courier service). This charge is not only to cover the delivery itself,
but also for our special cool boxes to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition.
We will always aim to deliver your goods within working 2 days.
If there is any problem with your order we will contact you to let you know.
Delivery days:
Order Monday > Delivered Wednesday
Order Tuesday > Delivered Thursday
Order Wednesday > Delivered Friday
Order Thursday, Friday > Delivered Tuesday
Order Saturday, Sunday > Delivered Wednesday
Your order could be delivered anytime between 8.00am and 5.30pm.
When you place your order you can specify an alternate delivery address such as
a place of work or a neighbours house. There is also a comment box on the online
order form where you can advise us of your preferred delivery date (must be 2
working days from the day you place your order). Please also use the comment box for instructions to leave
the box in a preferred safe place (this is strongly recommended!). They
will not take the box back to their depot. We prefer all packages must be signed
for, therefore it is your responsibility that there is someone at the address
you specify.
