Our Products
We are proud to say that all of our products have a traceability factor and are suitable for freezing.
Beef
Grass fed, fully matured beef reared by farmers who care about their animals,
the majority of which is reared locally.
We hang the Beef from 2 to 4 weeks in order to promote the finest flavour,
texture and tenderness. Delivered fresh, ready for the freezer. Subject to
availability, our Beef range consists of Rump, Sirloin, Fillet, T-Bone Steaks,
Top Side, Ribs, Casserole Steak, Steak Mince amongst many others!
Lamb
All of our lambs are predominately produced locally,
mainly originating from farms in Herefordshire. We hang our lambs for at
least a week before preparing for sale.
Pork
Our Free Range Pork is sourced locally in Herefordshire. It is bred
and reared to produce healthy and happy pigs which are outstanding in flavour
and tenderness. A locally sourced product which is second to none and enables
us to have an extensive range of high quality pork products.
Chicken
Springfield Farm produce probably the some of the best free range and organic
chickens and turkeys in the country. For over three generations, The Mee family
have been producing these poultry in Herefordshire. They are extremely meaty
and with careful use you can get three meals out of these birds; your roast,
a pasta and a soup!
Sausages & Bacon
We have always specialized in producing our own traditional sausages, with
our range covering most tastes from our Traditional Breadcrumb Pork through
to our amazing Leek & Black Pepper sausage.
Our dry cured bacon is produced using traditional methods, but most importantly,
with NO WATER. This gives us a bacon that is not too salty which does not shrink
in the pan... just like bacon should be!!
We only use best English Horse Shoe Gammon, which we use for joints and steaks.
