RACK OF LAMB
We love racks of lamb. This is one of our favourite meals and we like this cooked pink in the middle giving it a truly delicious flavour and very succulent meat. Easy to carve, just cut between the bones. Go on try some if you have never tasted it!

ENGLISH LAMB CHOPS
Our local lamb chops are ideal for a quick and easy tea or supper. They can be roasted, grilled or pan fried and are very tender.

STUFFED BREAST OF LAMB
An economical cut, boned and rolled and stuffed with a sage and onion stuffing mix. Again this is a sweet flavour due to a little fat within the cut. Cooked to your own preference but we enjoy ours crispy! A lovely flavour.

LEAN MINCED LAMB
A very lean lamb mince. Can be used in meatballs, moussaka, hot pots and shepherds pies.

LEAN DICED LAMB
Our diced lamb is very lean and cut into small chunks. Ideal for casseroles, stews, curries etc.
